It’s that time of year…football. Or more specifically, fantasy football! I would like to say I spent the day with my WIP, but every year I set aside the first Sunday of the NFL season to eat some barbecue (okay, a lot of barbecue), drink some beer (this year it was Rahr and Sons’ Texas Red and Newcastle Werewolf), and watch firsthand (DirecTV Redzone is the best thing ever invented) to get an idea if my fantasy drafts are going to pay off (so far, Calvin Johnson has been a big disappointment).
That’s been my Sunday.
However, just so there’s something artistically relevant here today – I’m linking to Chuck Wendig’s 25 Things You Should Know About Writing Horror. It’s an oldie, but a goodie. My current WIP isn’t straight horror, but it’s definitely got some horrific elements…
