Like the title says…it’s been a busy week. Busy with both the day job and with writing. Not so busy that I couldn’t make a quick stop at the local mercantile to pick up some Texas beers. I’ve been on a kick lately, trying as many different “local” (and by local, I mean the entire state of Texas) brews as I can. I’ve already talked about being a fan of Rahr and Sons, but Grapevine, Saint Arnold, Hops & Grain, Four Corners, and Big Bend are all turning out great tasting beers. There’s nothing better for breakfast than a good, cold, Texas beer and a brisket taco from Rudy’s Barbecue.
